Good Idea!

GoodSearch: You Search...We Give!

I discovered a great way to raise money for my Church and you can help!

GoodSearch.com is a new Yahoo-powered search engine that donates half its advertising revenue, about a penny per search, to the charities its users designate. Use it just as you would any search engine, get quality search results from Yahoo, and watch the donations add up!

If I can get:

* 100 supporters to search 4x a day = $1460/year
* 500 supporters to search 4x a day = $7300/year
* 1000 supporters to search 4x a day = $14,600/year

This would be a huge benefit to my church and you don't have to do anything but use GoodSearch as your search engine. Every time you do a search my Church gets a penny. Think about how many searches you do a day. The pennies will quickly add up!

GoodShop.com
is a new online shopping mall which donates up to 37 percent of each purchase to your favorite cause! Hundreds of great stores including Amazon, Target, Gap, Best Buy, ebay, Macy's and Barnes & Noble have teamed up with GoodShop and every time you place an order, you’ll be supporting your favorite cause.

You just go to GoodShop first whenever you're going to make a purchase online. Click on the store icon you want to shop at, and go about your normal shopping. For instance, say you're going to buy something from Amazon.com. You go to GoodShop.com and click on the Amazon icon. You make your purchases and Amazon makes a 1.5% donation to my Church. If you're going to buy flowers for Mother's Day or for your wife, you follow the same process and click on the 1-800-Flowers icon and make your purchase and they will make a 7% donation. There are more than 500 stores available that will make a donation to my Church if you purchase though GoodShop.

Just go to www.goodsearch.com and be sure to enter "Bible Methodist Church" as the charity you want to support. And, be sure to spread the word!

Everything thing that is earned through this will go to support our Kid's Church and Bus Ministry.
