Merry Christmas!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!

On this day in 1537 Martin Luther was recorded as saying: "It is the most ungodly and dangerous business to abandon the certain and revealed will of God in order to search in to the hidden mysteries of God."

In a day and age when people are more interested in supposedly hidden codes in the Bible and going to fortune tellers who often pose as "spiritual advisor's" (at least in the South), it would do us well to listen to what Luther had to say!

Everyone wants to know what God's plan is for their life (which is not necessarily bad) but they don't want to live according to the guidelines God has established in His Word. May God help us to obey the "certain and revealed will of God"!

Okay, that's my rant for the day :-). God bless! Merry Christmas!!
