Skip Carey dies


Skip Carey the long time voice of the Atlanta Braves died yesterday. I loved listening to him call the Braves games. His sarcastic humor would always crack me up. When a foul ball was hit into the stands he would often say where the fan was from who caught the foul ball - completely making it up and occasionally the places the fan was supposedly from was hilarious and of course he said all of this like it was really true. Occasionally when it was windy he would say so and then blow in the mike like the wind was blowing - for some reason this cracked me up.

Anyways, I'll miss him not calling the Braves games anymore...
